This policy explains how Senate Group (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use our restaurant workplace apps on the Massifer platform:

• Masadar — staff / waiter floor app (package com.senate.masadar)
• Massifer Admin — owner / manager app (package com.senate.masadar.admin, also shown as “Menecer”)

These are business operations apps for people who work in a restaurant on the Massifer platform. They are not intended for children or for the general consumer public. An active restaurant account is required. Guests at the table use a separate QR panel and do not create Masadar or Massifer Admin accounts.

Who this app is for

Only people invited by a restaurant owner or administrator can sign in, using a phone number and password issued for that restaurant. Staff use Masadar on the floor. Owners and managers use Massifer Admin.

Information we collect

• Account: name, phone number, role/permissions, restaurant affiliation, and password (stored as a hash on our servers). If you enable “Remember me”, the phone number and password are also stored on the device.
• Restaurant operations: tables, zones, staff lists, waiter calls, orders and related service records, menu items, promotions, attendance, availability, complaints/feedback (which may include a guest name or phone if staff enter them), audit logs, and analytics derived from this activity.
• Photos you choose to upload (Massifer Admin only): menu item images, promotion images, and restaurant profile/cover photos. Masadar (staff) does not upload photos; its camera is used only to scan QR codes (work zone or attendance).
• Device and notifications: a locally generated device identifier (for attendance QR sessions) and a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can send operational push notifications (calls, alerts). Notification permission can be declined.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and app/server logs needed for security, debugging, and audit.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, calendar, SMS, or payment card numbers in these apps. Masadar and Massifer Admin do not display ads and do not sell personal data.

How we use information

• To sign you in and keep the session secure
• To run the restaurant: floor map, calls, staff, menu, QR setup, reports
• To send operational push notifications you have allowed
• To keep an audit trail and prevent abuse
• To meet legal obligations that apply to the business

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — device push token, so alerts can be delivered
• Google Fonts — Massifer Admin may load fonts; Google may receive a device IP in that request. Masadar does not use Google Fonts.
• Cloudflare and our hosting providers — to deliver the website, API, and files
• Authorities — if required by law

Staff of the same restaurant see operational data according to the permissions set by the owner. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we operate (API: api.senategroup.az) and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited by account roles. We keep operational records for as long as the restaurant account is active and as required for security and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your staff account via the restaurant owner or the contact below.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below. Restaurant owners can also manage staff accounts inside the app.

Children

Masadar and Massifer Admin are for adults working in a restaurant. They are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Some processors (for example Google Firebase for push notifications) may handle data outside Azerbaijan. We use them only to provide the features described above.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Topladığımız məlumatlar

• Hesab: ad, telefon, rol/icazələr, restoran bağlılığı və şifrə (serverdə hash kimi). “Yadda saxla” seçilsə, telefon və şifrə cihazda da saxlanılır.
• Əməliyyatlar: masalar, zonalar, personal, ofisiant çağırışları, sifariş və servis qeydləri, menyu, kampaniyalar, davamiyyət, əlçatanlıq, şikayət/rəy (personal qonaq adı və ya telefonu yazarsa), audit jurnalları və analitika.
• Yüklədiyiniz şəkillər (yalnız Massifer Admin): menyu, kampaniya və restoran profil/örtük fotoları. Masadar şəkil yükləmir; kamera yalnız QR skan (zona, davamiyyət) üçündür.
• Cihaz və bildirişlər: lokal cihaz identifikatoru və Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokeni — əməliyyat push bildirişləri üçün. Bildiriş icazəsini rədd etmək olar.
• Texniki jurnallar: IP, vaxt möhürü, təhlükəsizlik və audit üçün loglar.

Dəqiq locasiya, kontaktlar, təqvim, SMS və kart nömrələri bu tətbiqlərdə toplanmır. Reklam yoxdur, şəxsi məlumat satılmır.

Uşaqlar

Masadar və Massifer Admin restoran işçiləri olan böyüklər üçündür. 13 (və ya tətbiq olunan yerdə 16) yaşdan kiçiklər üçün nəzərdə tutulmayıb.
