This page is for users of Masadar (staff, package com.senate.masadar) and Massifer Admin (also shown as “Menecer”, package com.senate.masadar.admin), published by Nesrullazade Asif / Senate Group.

These are workplace accounts. They are created by your restaurant owner or administrator, not by signing up in the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Masadar / Massifer data deletion request. Say which app you use (Masadar or Massifer Admin).
2. Include the phone number you use to sign in, your name, and the restaurant (if you know it).
3. Or ask your restaurant owner to deactivate or remove your staff account inside Massifer Admin.

We will confirm the request and complete deletion of personal account data within 30 days, unless a shorter time is required by law.

What we delete

• Your staff/owner login: name, phone number, password hash, role
• Push notification token (FCM) and locally generated device identifier tied to your account
• Saved “Remember me” credentials on a device after you sign out or uninstall
• Photos you uploaded only as your personal profile, if any

What we may keep, and for how long

• Restaurant operations records (tables, waiter calls, audit log, menu items, promotion images, restaurant cover photos) belong to the restaurant. They stay while the restaurant account is active, then as required for security and legal/accounting duties.
• After your account is removed, your name/phone are removed from staff lists. Historical audit rows may keep a non-login identifier or “deleted user” label so the restaurant’s log remains intact.
• We do not keep your account in order to send marketing.
